Welcome to Triple “R” Corn Ranch Updated Feb.27, 2009!
My mission is to breed and supply a wide variety of quality Corn Snakes to Canadians for reasonable prices!
During my 12 years of working full-time in the pet industry, I noticed two disturbing trends. The first is a lack of knowledgeable staff at shops to educate the public on good animal husbandry. The second is a lack of local people breeding or wholesaling quality reptiles at reasonable prices. I grew tired of repeatedly seeing extremely young, ill or deformed animals being sold to shops to offer for general public sale, usually at very inflated cost. My goal is to address these issues and provide a positive alternative.

“The Ranch” currently consists of approximately 70 keeper snakes, including breeding adults, sub-adults, and a few hatchling keepers. Among the beauties in my care are many higher-end morphs including hypo lavender stripes, pied sided, sulphurs, and many other bloodred combinations! I work tirelessly to provide snakes in my care the best in cleanliness, veterinary care, and husbandry that I possibly can. It truly disappoints me to see how many snakes end up being kept in substandard conditions by ill-educated pet owners or being overbred, underappreciated, commodities for overzealous breeders. |
I also do my best to educate future Corn Snake owners and to direct them in any way possible to sources which can provide ever-expanding knowledge on this species. With more and more people being introduced to this hobby, there have been – and continue to be – EXTREMELY important discoveries, which can help so many of us through the “learning curve” that we all inevitably go through.
